HSE Advisor – 3+ Month Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for a 3+-month contract on an 8:6 roster.

Key Duties:

- Provide day-to-day HSE support and guidance to site personnel

- Conduct regular site inspections and workplace observations

- Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions

- Monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures and site requirements

- Assist with risk assessments, JHAs/JSA's and safety documentation

- Deliver and assist with toolbox talks, inductions and safety training

- Promote a strong safety culture across site

- Maintain HSE records, registers and reporting requirements

- Identify hazards and work with supervisors to implement appropriate controls





- Support ongoing HSE improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Cert IV in Work Health & Safety / HSE

- Cert IV in Training & Assessment

- Previous experience working in an HSE Advisor capacity

- Robust understanding of site-based HSE requirements

- Ability to work the full 8:6 roster

What’s on offer:

- 3-month contract

- Monday to Monday 8:6 roster

- Up to $75/hr - $85/hr plus super
