MAXI BLUE Painting & Property Services is an established painting and coatings contractor delivering a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential projects.
Our teams operate across Metropolitan Melbourne, Geelong, the Bellarine and Surf Coast, delivering everything from residential repaints through to large commercial projects and architectural and industrial coating systems.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for multiple experienced Painters & Decorators to join our Melbourne teams.
These are subcontractor positions at $45 per hour, with consistent ongoing work available for the right people.

Skills & Experience
Applicants must have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Painting & Decorating industry
- Own ABN
- Current White Card
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Own basic painting tools
- Strong preparation, brush and roller skills
- Confidence spraying acrylic and enamel coatings
- Robust work ethic and pride in workmanship
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and safety-focused approach
Experience across commercial, residential, industrial and spray painting will be highly regarded.
Working at Heights, EWP and current Police Check are advantageous.
