The role is heavily focused on transport operations and fleet management. You will manage Metro and Regional transport operations, overseeing routes, drivers and service coordinators, while driving fleet planning and reducing fuel and operating costs.

About you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- At least 2 years' experience handling teams
- Experience reporting directly to senior management
- Kronos/workforce management experience
- Transport KPIs and DIFOT knowledge
- Warehouse operations experience
- Retail domain experience
- Financial reporting and analytics capability
- Solid computer and IT skills
- Excellent communication
