At its core, this role is all about customer connection. Your day-to-day is straightforward: greet our customers with a welcoming attitude, ask the right questions to understand their tool, accessory, and PPE needs, and follow up to make sure they're completely happy with their purchase. You aren't just ringing up sales; you are a trusted advisor building long-term relationships.
