Lead Educator

About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team as one of our amazing Lead Educators have to leave us due to personal circumstances.

In this role, you will:

- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

- Contribute to the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs (aligned to the EYLF and NQS).

- Supervising the daily activities of children.

- Promote and model safe, inclusive, and engaging practices that uphold the rights and dignity of every child.

- Work collaboratively within a supportive team and maintain professionalism in line with our Code of Conduct.

- Be available to work 5 days, with hours rostered within our operating hours.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of Diploma in children’s services or be working towards.

- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).

- I’m alert/ Food Safety Supervisor certificate





- Current Child Protection training/ certificate

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

- A genuine passion for safeguarding children and supporting their learning and development.
