Delivering fresh poultry to local retailers, value-adding products to Quick Service Restaurants and food service customers. Baiada are leading the way in the poultry industry through innovation and setting high standards around process and efficiency.
About the Role:
These casual roles involve working across processing and production areas. You’ll be part of a rapid-paced team helping to meet seasonal demand, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing, packaging, and labelling various chicken and turkey products.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, cold environment, meeting targets, and adhering to strict timeframes.
- Adhering to WHS and food hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
- Be flexible, reliable, and available to work weekends.
- Have your own reliable transport.
- Be comfortable with early morning starts (as early as 4am).
- Be ready to start immediately.
