Long established civil contracting family business is seeking an experienced Labourer / Roller Operator to join our team.
The role will involve general labouring duties along with operating a roller as required, working across small to medium civil works and quarry environments.
This position offers consistent and regular work, with casual employment initially and the opportunity for full time/permanent employment for the right applicant after an initial trial period.
To be considered, we are seeking someone with:
- Previous experience in civil construction and/or quarry works
- Experience operating a roller
- Current Construction Induction Safety Certificate – White Card
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Ability and willingness to undertake general labouring duties
- Quarry experience is highly regarded
- RSHQ medical desirable
- Own reliable transport to get to and from work
- Excellent work ethic and a strong commitment to safety
