We are looking for a Regional Manager based in Queensland to join our team and lead sales growth, customer engagement and market development in the Queensland/North New South Wales region. You will be responsible for growing sales and market share across the company’s continence, airway management, venous access and surgical products as well as strengthening customer relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Queensland and Northern New South Wales territory and deliver agreed revenue, growth and commercial outcomes.
- Develop and execute key account plans for major hospital, distributor and procurement customers across Queensland and Northern New South.
- Demonstrate products, provide customer education and support clinicians and distributor partners in the effective use of m|devices products.
- Understand the clinical applications and technical details of the assigned product portfolios and discuss them competently with clinical stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with two National Portfolio Specialists to identify opportunities, support product training, strengthen clinical engagement and develop sales across the region.
- Analyse sales performance, competitor activity and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Accurately complete sales reporting, forecasting and CRM activity
- Support tenders, pricing submissions and customer proposals as required.
About You
- Demonstratable experience in a sales/nursing role within the medical devices, healthcare or related B2B environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Nursing, Science or a related discipline.
- Solid product, market and competitor knowledge, with the ability to translate insights into practical sales activity.
- Demonstrated experience developing key-account plans and building senior-level customer relationships.
- Ability to understand the clinical application and technical detail of the assigned product portfolios and confidently deliver product demonstrations and customer education to stakeholders
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency and confidence using CRM platforms
