We are a leading National Refrigeration and HVAC company located in Newton SA. We are now seeking a highly motivated Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is being offered due to maternity leave and we welcome solid candidates who love being responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of our team of technicians. Our blue chip clients look for fast response with a high level of care as we service and maintain many different commercial clients.

This role is for an initial twelve month period with potential further opportunities post this period.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering the clients needs and scheduling technicians for servicing and maintenance tasks

- Facilitating seamless coordination between technicians and clients to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.

- Ensuring all jobs are completed on time and in keeping with customer KPI's.





- Communicating effectively with customers, technicians, and our own team members.

- Using our software system SIMPRO to manage and invoice out completed jobs.

- Organising and providing work orders to meet client needs across Australia.

Desired Experience & Skills:

- Proven experience as a Service Coordinator, ideally within the HVAC or a related industry or alternatively a similar job that can transition easily into the required skillset.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication skills to customer and team members

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working with SIMPRO or similar software.
