We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team full-time at our Wetherill Park showroom.
About the role
You'll be one of the main points of contact for our customers, helping ensure they receive an exceptional experience from the time their order is placed through to delivery. You'll work closely with our customers, jewellery production team and marketing team while helping keep orders and day-to-day tasks organised. This is a varied role combining customer service, order management, administration, dispatch, website updates and marketing support.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media
- Process and manage customer and online orders
- Keep customers updated throughout the jewellery manufacturing process
- Liaise with our jewellers and production team
- Organise packaging, dispatch and deliveries
- Assist with resizing, repairs and aftercare enquiries
- Update website products, pricing, images and information
- Assist the marketing team with promotions, content and website updates
- Assist with general administration and day-to-day tasks
About you
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with customers
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
- Proactive and willing to help across different areas of the business
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, e-commerce or retail would be highly regarded
