We are seeking Permanent Residential Youth Workers across Perth to provide stability, safety and therapeutic support to children and young people in residential care. Ideal candidates are resilient, adaptable professionals who can build meaningful relationships, remain calm under pressure and make a positive impact from day one.

Roster
- 7 Days & Nights On | 7 Days Off
- Permanent ongoing roster
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts during your week off to increase your earnings
- Candidates must be able to commit to the full roster cycle
What we’re looking for
- Certificate IV or higher in Youth Work, Community Services, or a related discipline
- Residential care experience
- Strong knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care and Therapeutic Parenting practices
- Ability to build rapport, trust and positive relationships with young people
- Resilient, flexible and adaptable to working across multiple residential homes
- Calm and confident in managing complex behaviours and crisis situations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to promoting safety, wellbeing and positive outcomes for children and young people
