Reporting directly to the Construction Director, this role will play a key part in shaping the successful delivery of projects across the business.

Your new role

As Services Manager, you will provide technical and commercial leadership across all building services disciplines from pre-construction through to project completion. Working closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients, you will oversee the design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover of services packages while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the management of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services across multiple projects.
Supporting tendering, subcontractor procurement and design reviews.
Identifying value engineering and alternative design opportunities.
Providing technical advice and services leadership to project delivery teams.
Managing commissioning, certification and project handover activities.




Supporting sustainability initiatives including NABERS and Green Star objectives.
Monitoring quality, compliance and contractual obligations throughout project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

A construction, engineering or trade-based qualification.
Previous experience as a Services Manager or Senior Services Coordinator within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of building services installation and project delivery.
Experience working across commercial construction projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of contracts, compliance requirements, programming and risk management.
The ability to influence project outcomes and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
