Mandala Hotels and Resorts, a fast-growing Hotel and Resort organisation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Management Couple to lead one of our properties in NSW, and oversee the day-to-day operations of an established property - The Cubana Resort Nambucca Heads.

About the Role

Mandala Hospitality values people first. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, hotel rooms, staff management, and compliance. The skills and talents you bring will play a critical leadership role in maintaining high standards and maximising performance.

What Your Days Might Look Like

- Lead daily hotel operations across accommodation, food & beverage, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance services

- Ensure excellence in guest service and overall customer satisfaction

- Manage, lead, train, and motivate on-site teams

- Oversee food & beverage service and compliance with licensing requirements

- Manage stock, ordering, rostering, budgeting, and reporting (P&L;)

- Maintain compliance with WHS, licensing, and hospitality regulations

- Ensure the property is well-presented, safe, and operating efficiently

What You’ll Bring

- A passion for customer service





- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment

- Knowledge of Property Management Systems

- Protel experience desirable

- Strong background in hospitality management operations

- Proven experience in leading and engaging a team to provide an optimal customer experience in a hotel environment

- Operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments with a strong focus on rooms divisions, food & beverage, revenue and yield management

- Be experienced in cost control management

- Proven experience in driving and achieving top-line revenue and bottom-line results

- Ability to develop a budget and make sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficiently
