The Immigration Advice and Rights Centre (IARC) is seeking an experienced Principal Solicitor (Employment Law) to establish and lead a practice focused on helping temporary visa holders enforce their workplace rights where visa status may be at risk.
This senior leadership role combines high‐quality legal advice with strategic casework, advocacy, community legal education, law reform and stakeholder engagement, working with IARC's existing legal practice and trade union partners.
