Responsibilities: Overall duties as Japanese Chef
Detail
Developing recent menu including estimating various costs for food and labour and coordinating supply of food stuff for kitchen
Performing overall food preparation and directing kitchen staff
Checking and ensuring quality and tastes of all dishes being prepared and cooked properly
Conferring with other chefs, waiting staff and management on various food preparation issues
Developing more efficient cooking procedures and applying cooking skills and techniques
Responsibilities: Overall duties as Japanese Chef
Qualifications
At least diploma (including Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery) in Hospitality Management or equivalent work experience as a Japanese chef
At least 3 years' work experience as a Japanese chef
Excellent cooking expertise in Japanese cuisine
