About the role
The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function during a temporary vacancy.
This role is crucial to ensure continuity in financial operations while the regular staff member is away.
Key responsibilities
Process invoices and manage payment schedules
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Assist in the transition of accounts payable duties during the handover period.
Skills & experience
Proven experience in accounts payable and financial transaction processing
Strong capability in using Xero accounting software
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
