and compliance across projectsPlan and schedule site activities to meet stage targetsCommunicate with architects, surveyors, and clientsRun regular site meetings and manage client relationshipsManage reporting, timesheets, and scheduling in project systemsAbout YouYou'll thrive in this role if you are:Trade qualified (Carpentry preferred) with 4+ years industry experienceExperienced in residential construction, ideally renovations/extensionsConfident managing trades and stakeholders onsiteA strong communicator and practical problem-solverOrganised, with solid time management and attention to detailLicensed (White Card + Full VIC Driver's Licence)Bonus if you've used project platforms such as BuildXact, Asana, Procore or similar.Bullet points of your work historyA short answer to: What's your best onsite skill, and why should we choose you?
