About the role
You'll work with injured workers across Workers Compensation and WID matters, combining technical legal work with clear, calm client guidance.
Manage and assist on plaintiff workplace injury claims
Prepare Workers Compensation and Work Injury Damages matters
Take instructions and advise clients on process and options
Review medical evidence, liability material and claim documents
Draft correspondence and legal documents
Liaise with insurers, medical experts, counsel and stakeholders
Progress matters towards strong, practical outcomes

This is a Sydney CBD -based specialist plaintiff personal injury firm with a strong focus on helping injured people navigate difficult claims with clarity, care and practical support.
The team works across workers compensation, Work Injury Damages, TPD, motor vehicle accidents, public liability and institutional abuse matters.
What you'll bring
Minimum 2 years PAE as a Personal Injury Lawyer
Workers Compensation experience
Work Injury Damages experience or exposure
Strong client care and communication skills
Organised file management and drafting ability
A calm, empathetic and commercially sensible approach

$110,000 - $170,000 + Super Salary Range
