We are seeking an experienced Post Construction Manager to oversee the post-completion phase of major Class 2 residential projects.
This role will be responsible for managing handovers, defects, DLP obligations and post-construction works, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, owners, strata representatives and key stakeholders.The successful candidate will have solid experience within Class 2 residential construction, with a proven ability to manage defects, coordinate trades and subcontractors, resolve issues efficiently and ensure projects are completed to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the post-construction, defects and DLP phases of Class 2 residential projectsOversee apartment handovers, defects inspections and rectification worksManage subcontractors, trades and consultants to ensure timely resolution of defectsLiaise with owners, strata managers, consultants and other stakeholdersCoordinate and respond to client and resident concerns throughout the defects periodTrack defects, outstanding works and DLP obligations through to completionInvestigate construction issues and coordinate appropriate rectification solutionsMaintain accurate records, reporting and project documentationEnsure works are completed safely,
