Senior Executive Assistant To 3 PartnersWe are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Vice President & General Manager, Global Merchant Services Australia (GMS) & New Zealand.This is a fast‐paced role where adapting to changing priorities and being able to work under pressure is key.
To be successful in this role you demonstrate experience supporting senior executives, strong organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work independently and confidently to a high standard.Duties will include:Comprehensive diary managementManage international and domestic travel arrangements including air, hotel, transfers, and agendasCoordinate logistics for all internal and external meetings, direct reports and leadership meetingsOrganise GMS internal events including Town Halls, Conferences, team building and off‐site events as well as the Australian Open tennis eventEnsure timely preparation of leader expense reports in accordance with the T&E; policy including the reviewing of direct report expense submissionsPreparing local agendas for international senior leadership visits across A/NZ regionLead and run Business Continuity Plan for GMSAd hoc administrative / project work as requested by leaderSkills and ExperienceExcellent organisation skills with a strong focus on attention to detailPrevious experience supporting or working with senior executivesAbility to multi‐task, prioritise, and complete work in a timely fashion against firm deadlines.Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, timeliness and follow throughExcellent relationship skills, with ability to work with employees of all levels of leadershipDemonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle highly sensitive informationBenefitsCompetitive base salariesBonus incentivesSupport for financial‐well‐being and retirementComprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits (depending on location)Versatile working model with hybrid,

They bring a strong "can‐do" mindset, excellent judgement, and a proven track record supporting senior leadership while managing office operations effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportManage complex calendars for Executives, including meetings across time zonesProactively manage email, correspondence, call screening, and follow‐ups on behalf of leadersProvide end‐to‐end administrative support, including records management and confidential documentationPrepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, capture minutes, and track action items to completionServe as a key point of contact between Executives, internal teams, clients, and external partnersCoordinate domestic and international travel and manage expensesAnticipate executive needs, manage competing priorities, and support effective time managementOffice Management & OperationsOversee daily office operations,
