Our client, a busy Tier 2 Builder, is seeking an experienced Services Manager for a landmark $250 million data centre project in the ACT.
The role will lead delivery, manage budgets and schedules, and interface with utilities and stakeholders, with the intention of returning to Sydney after project completion.You will hold a Bachelor degree in Construction Management or related field, 4+ years in services engineering or management, and proven experience delivering technically complex projects
