Permanent - Full Time (48 weeks +4 weeks annual leave) - multi-Campus RoleAbout the RoleReporting to the Business Manager, you will:Manage facilities, maintenance and grounds across multiple campusesCarry out general maintenance and handyman tasks within your skills and licensingCoordinate and manage contractors and essential servicesMaintain contractor registers, compliance records, asset registers and preventative maintenance schedulesSupport all campuses with maintenance audits and help them develop a safety cultureBe a member of the College's WHS CommitteeLead small to medium facilities and refurbishment projectsSupport WHS compliance, inspections and hazard managementRespond to maintenance requests and operational issues across sitesTravel regularly between campuses and provide after-hours emergency support when required.About YouYou will have:Experience in facilities, property, maintenance or asset management (within a school environment is highly desirable)Strong practical maintenance (handy man)



and problem-solving skillsExperience managing contractors and coordinating projectsKnowledge of WHS requirements and compliance obligationsWorking knowledge of safety systems and facilities help desk softwareExcellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesCurrent Driver LicenceFacilities Management, Property Management, Building Services or related qualifications (desirable)Relevant trade or building services experience (desirable)Why Join Warakirri?
