with AHPRACertificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE) or working towardsWorking with Children checkCompliance with ACQSHC National standardsDemonstrated experience in eLearning platformsKnowledge of adult learning practises and contemporary education practisesHigh degree of computer literacy including MS OfficeSelf-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning teamHighly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focusedMinimum 3-5 years post-registration experience in an acute critical care setting, with experience in a mixed High dependency unit (HDU), intensive care unit (ICU) or coronary care unit (CCU)Advanced life support or willing to obtainTechnical CompetenciesProven advanced clinical skills in high-acuity interventions, specifically 12-lead ECG interpretation, Temporary Cardiac Pacing, Non-Invasive Ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP), invasive hemodynamic monitoring, and the management of vasoactive infusions.Clinical Coaching & CommunicationDemonstrated ability to deliver effective bedside teaching, formulate education needs analyses and mentor diverse nursing staff utilizing high level interpersonal and ISOBAR communication frameworks.Post GraduateCertificate or diploma in critical care, acute care or cardiovascular nursing.Why Healthscope?
