The Role:
This is a community-based Occupational Therapy position covering Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs.
You'll work with an adult caseload of NDIS and Home Care Package clients
Your work may include:
Functional assessments and therapy interventionsHome care packagesHome and community visitsTelehealth appointments where suitableCollaboration with support coordinators and other allied health professionals
