With a loyal guest following and an outstanding reputation among travellers, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a highly regarded holiday park in an iconic destination.About the RoleThis is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality or tourism leader to take ownership of a successful and well-established holiday park.
As Park Manager, you will lead all aspects of the operation, balancing commercial performance, guest satisfaction, team development and asset presentation.This is a live-in management position, with a furnished three-bedroom, one-bathroom residence provided onsite.Your Responsibilities will Include:Lead the day-to-day operation of the park, including after-hours call outs when requiredDrive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost controlRecruit, develop and mentor a high-performing teamMaintain exceptional presentation standards across all accommodation, grounds and facilitiesEnsure compliance with all health, safety and regulatory requirementsManage guest feedback, reviews and service recovery to consistently deliver outstanding experiencesBuild and maintain relationships with local tourism operators,
businesses and community stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and grow business performanceCollaborate with the wider G'day Group network to share best practice and support business initiativesProvide hands-on operational support where required to ensure the park runs smoothlyAbout YouYou are a hands-on leader who thrives in a customer-focused setting and enjoys building strong teams, driving results and creating memorable guest experiences.
You'll bring a balance of commercial acumen, operational expertise and people leadership.Skills and Experience Include:Previous experience in hospitality, accommodation, tourism or caravan park managementStrong leadership experience in a multi-faceted operational environmentCurrent driver's licenceExperience using RMS, Newbook or similar property management systemsWell-developed financial and commercial management skillsProven ability to coach, motivate and develop teamsStrong operational and asset management capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to build positive relationships with guests, staff and external partnersStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFlexibility to work weekends, public holidays and after-hours when requiredWhy Work for UsCompetitive salary package,
