WesTrac is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our Rebuilds Execution Team in Welshpool.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving safety, productivity, quality, and team performance while delivering outstanding outcomes for our customers.Working closely with the Senior Supervisor, you'll lead a skilled team of tradespeople and contractors, helping shape a high-performing culture where people can thrive and perform at their best.Roster : 8 Days 6 Off 7 Nights 7 Off 12 hours (Additional Hours Allowance & Shift Allowance)Location : Welshpool, WAWhat you'll do:Leading and supporting the Rebuilds Execution Team to achieve operational targetsManaging work orders to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryEnsuring compliance with Caterpillar, customer and company standardsDriving a strong safety culture through coaching, training and accountabilityCoordinating labour, resources and task allocation across the workshopMonitoring productivity, quality and workflow performanceBuilding a collaborative and engaged team environmentManaging tradespeople, support personnel and contractorsSkills and Experience:HD Mechanical Trade QualificationPrevious supervisory or leadership experience within a mining, construction or heavy equipment environmentStrong people leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to organise teams, prioritise workloads and drive performanceProven experience managing machine rebuilds,
