About the roleWe're looking for a driven and capable Project Engineer to join McNab in Brisbane.With a strong pipeline of work across commercial, industrial, and multi-res projects, you'll be part of a team delivering high-quality builds in a supportive and well-structured environment.In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating quality, safety, programming, and design management activities to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
You'll work closely with Project and Site Managers to drive buildability outcomes, maintain compliance, and keep projects progressing efficiently.Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):Coordinate day-to-day project delivery across safety, quality, program, and designDrive buildability outcomes and resolve design and construction challenges earlyManage RFIs and site instructions, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholdersMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reportingSupport program delivery and track progress against key milestonesEnsure works are delivered in line with project specifications and standardsCoordinate inspections, testing, and quality assurance activitiesWork closely with subcontractors, consultants,



and the project team to keep works movingAbout youTertiary qualification in Construction Management or related fieldExperience working for a commercial builder (head contractor preferred)Strong coordination and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and drive outcomesSolid understanding of construction methodology and project deliveryHigh attention to detail with a proactive approachAbout McNabMcNab is one of the largest Construction, Development and Property groups in Australia, with turnover now exceeding $1bn each year.
