We are seeking experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide individualised one-to-one support for a child under 18 years of age in the Dubbo region.
This role involves supporting the participant to safely access and attend school while promoting independence, confidence, community participation, and positive outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with the participant, their family, school personnel, and allied health professionals to ensure support is delivered consistently and in accordance with the participant's goals, support plans, and safeguarding requirements.About usWe are committed to creating and maintaining a child-safe organisation where children and young people are protected, respected, and empowered.
