Assisting the Night Manager to check and prepare reports & statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing proceduresBalance Food & Beverage point of sale transactions and credit card transactions to journal reportsGreet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional serviceAssist other departments with overnight duties as required to ensure a positive guest experienceQualificationsWhat you will bring to the role:A service-focused personality is essential,



with the ability to connect with guests through story telling and anticipation of needsPrior night audit / front office experienceExperience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera (or a related PMS system)POS experience is an assetStrong interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the ability to think on your feetUnprovisional full driver's license an advantage.
