Centrecare is seeking an Aboriginal Mental Health Worker to support children, young people and families within CAFS in Northbridge, WA.
The role includes visits to Banksia Hill Detention Centre and requires a WWCC and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander status.
You will provide social, emotional and cultural support through a case management approach, working with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining accurate records.
