Recruitment 247 is currently seeking an experienced ICT Service Delivery Coordinator to support the operational management of critical ICT services and technologies within a large-scale technology program.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused ICT professional with experience in service management, ICT operations, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement to play a key role in the delivery of essential technology services.
About the Role
Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of ICT services, ensuring operational excellence, service continuity, and positive stakeholder outcomes.
You will act as the primary operational contact for customers, vendors, and support providers while coordinating service activities, managing incidents and escalations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as the primary operational contact for customers, managing enquiries, communications, and service review meetings
Liaise with vendors and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery objectives are achieved
Coordinate and manage operational service activities, including incident and fault resolution
Drive service desk escalations to resolution across customers, support teams, and vendors
Manage hardware asset activities, including break-fix requirements, spares management, and audits
Monitor and track operational risks, issues, and required actions
Support ongoing business-as-usual operations and technology lifecycle activities
Coordinate vendor service reviews and operational meetings
Maintain service documentation, procedures, knowledge articles, and operational records
Contribute to service reporting and performance measurement activities
Assist with the management of service plans, contracts,



budgets, and cost recovery agreements
Deliver minor technology lifecycle initiatives and support ICT project activities
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The successful candidate will be able to:

Coordinate the resolution of complex incidents
Maintain accurate service and operational documentation
Manage risks, issues, and action registers
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

About the Candidate
3-5 years' experience in ICT Service Delivery, Service Management, Managed Services, or ICT Operations
Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven experience managing incidents, problems, and escalations
Experience coordinating technical teams and service providers
Strong understanding of ITIL service management principles
Experience working with vendors and external support providers
Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive approach to service improvement and problem solving
Highly Desirable
Previous Queensland Government experience
Experience supporting large-scale ICT environments
Experience maintaining risk and issue registersStrong analytical and reporting capabilities
A genuine willingness to learn and continuously improve
