Join Hi-End Projects Pty Ltd as a full-time Site Manager in Sydney, NSW.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a critical role that will have a direct impact on the success of the company's construction projects.
With our continued growth we are seeking a Site manager for a recent 12 month build in McMahons Point.
The site is cleared ready for you to commence the build.What you'll be doingManage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task monitoringEnsure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and implement effective safety proceduresMonitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delaysLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaborationManage and oversee the work of construction teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedbackMaintain accurate records and documentation, including project plans, budgets, and site recordsIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivityWhat we're looking forMinimum (5 + years) as a Site Manager for residential, mixed use and commercial projects.Must have High End residential experience in the 3 to 7million dollar range.Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and the current NCC compliance with materials,
