We have a hybrid work set up with flexible working options and option of 2 days work from home.We are open to candidates from Melbourne/ Sydney or Brisbane.Key ResponsibilitiesSolutions and workflows are designed and developed with compelling value propositions, leveraging existing deliverables to maximise customer experience.Business development opportunities are identified through deep understanding of customer business challenges and business cases submitted as appropriate.Collaborates with internal teams (including Sales and Operations)



and engage with 3rd party solution partners and software vendors to co-develop solutions, ensuring all parties deliver on their commitments and timelines while maintaining the integrity of the solution design.Solutions are managed effectively by identifying and documenting opportunities, risks, and challenges in the Statement of Work.All escalated customer problems are resolved to the satisfaction of key stakeholders and decision makers.Project deliverables are clearly defined, managed and produced in a timely and efficient manner as per Operational Level Agreements.Culture of knowledge sharing is actively championed including active participation and initiative in the development and sharing of IP across appropriate channels and forumsSkills & Qualifications5+ years of project based service delivery experience with solid analytical skills and creativity to provide innovative solutionsAbility to deliver software and hardware training to customers based on an assessment of their skills gap.Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applicationAbility to interpret explicit and implicit customer requirements into successful solutions that deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.Ability to build and maintain formal and informal networks within accounts,
