This is a permanent chance based in Melbourne or Sydney, offering the chance to own the master migration program from strategy through to scaled executionWHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGLead MVP validation with representative legacy clients, partnering with product and engineering to confirm platform fit and identify capability gaps before full-scale rolloutDesign the end-to-end automation strategy covering data conversion, configuration migration, and at-scale client training to eliminate manual effort across client migrationsBuild the migration operating modelDefine technical readiness requirements with engineering, including automation tooling, testing frameworks, and quality gates required before launchEstablish and run governance structures (steering committees, working groups) and regular cadences to keep product, engineering, onboarding,
