Senior Fabrication Draftsperson – Site Measure & QAA Class Metal Products Pty Ltd – Caringbah NSWA Class Metals is looking for an experienced Fabrication Draftsperson with good knowledge of stainless steel, aluminium or sheet metal to join our team in Caringbah.This is not a purely desk-based drafting position.
You'll be involved from site measure through drafting, fabrication and QA, working closely with our workshop and management team.The RoleYou will be responsible for:Producing accurate fabrication and shop drawings2D and 3D CAD draftingAttending site to take accurate measurementsConverting site information into practical fabrication detailsReviewing drawings for constructability before fabricationLiaising directly with fabricators, builders and customersResolving technical issues during fabricationChecking critical dimensions, orientation and componentsParticipating in our workshop QA processEnsuring the latest approved drawings are being followedWhat We're Looking ForWe want someone who has:Strong fabrication or manufacturing drafting experienceGood knowledge of stainless steel,
