Intermediate Business Services Accountant
We are an established and growing accounting practice seeking anIntermediate Accountantwith 2-4 years of experience in public practice to join our friendly and supportive team.
Key responsibilities
Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
Preparation of BAS, IAS, and other compliance obligations
Assisting with tax planning, advisory work & monthly management reports
Liaising with clients and responding to queries in a timely manner
Working closely with senior accountants and partners on client engagements
Liaison with the ATO
About you
2-4 years plus of experience in a public practice accounting firm
Strong understanding of Australian tax and compliance requirements
Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB,



and QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Market-competitive salary based on experience
Monthly tax training and updates with external tax educator/trainer
Exposure to a broad range of clients and industries
Working hours 9.30am to 5.30pm
WFH one day a week
