Experienced Hospital Social Worker required for an immediate start with this Wollongong based hospital.
You will work as part of a team of thirty allied health clinicians.
You'll be the sole Social Worker on the team, working closely with the Discharge Planner.
Acute caseload including aged care, palliative, discharge planning, psychosocial support
Hospital experience is mandatory
3-5 days per week
Immediate start for three months
Permanent role also available
No accommodation available – possible rental allowance TBC
Travel reimbursement available
Level 3 role, open to confident level 2 clinicians with hospital experience also
Locum rates of $75 per hour + superannuation + potential for living away from home tax perks (more take home pay, up to $6 dollars more an hour!)
This role requires you to be eligible for AASW membership
Overseas trained Social Workers, please do not respond unless your qualifications have been assessed by the AASW
