Do you have what it takes to become our Executive Assistant?
This permanent full-time opportunity will see you provide high-quality executive and administrative support within a busy and evolving environment.
You will anticipate priorities, manage competing demands and ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing complex diaries, meetings and competing priorities
Coordinating travel, events and key business activities
Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting materials
Recording minutes, tracking actions and following up on commitments
Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Supporting general administration and continuous improvement initiatives

Why Smart?
To be successful at Smart, you will bring:
Three to five years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administration role
Experience supporting senior leaders or a leadership team
Strong diary, meeting and priority-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Sound judgement, professionalism and a high level of discretion
A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit team
Genuine curiosity about AI and digital innovation, with an openness to learning how these tools can enhance your role
