Department of Health, Tasmania seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to lead advanced clinical care in the Community Rapid Response Service across North West Tasmania.
You will practice with high autonomy, delivering assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in patients' homes and communities.
You'll collaborate with GPs, pharmacists and allied health staff, mentor teams, and contribute to service development while benefiting from career development and relocation assistance where eligible.
