Fortidia is seeking an HR Business Partner for Australia & Current Zealand to deliver full cycle HR support across offices in Sydney and Moorebank.
The role partners with local leadership on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
Reporting to the Country Manager AU & NZ and functionally to the People VP (US), you will drive people programs, ensure legal compliance, and help manage costs while aligning with global HR strategies.
