Tattersall's Club in Brisbane is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our Culinary Team.
You will own a specific kitchen station and prepare high-quality dishes to the standards of our Executive, Head, and Sous Chefs.
You will assist with planning, stocktaking and HACCP, and you will support the team during service with a high-energy approach.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred with a rostered schedule.
