This is an opportunity for aSenior Property Managerto take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately220+ residential properties, with strong support across inspections, leasing, administration and virtual assistance.
The role offers2 days working from homeandminimal out-of-office dutiesgiving you the flexibility to manage your portfolio effectively while maintaining genuine work-life balance.

TO BE CONSIDERED
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager in Victoria
Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice — ESSENTIAL
Current Victorian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle — ESSENTIAL
Strong knowledge and understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a portfolio independently
Professional, reliable and well-presented
A team-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit environment
