Plantation Homes in Springwood, QLD is seeking an IT Service Desk Officer to join our National Service Desk team.
You will be the first point of contact for IT support, helping teams stay productive and confident with their tech tools.
You will assist with setup, deployment, maintenance and lifecycle management of end-user devices, including laptops, mobiles, and peripherals, and maintain documentation and knowledge bases.
