Centre Director - Northern New South Wales
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, supporting your team, building strong family relationships and ensuring the centre continues to provide high-quality care and education.
Key responsibilities
Lead and support a team of educators
Oversee the daily operations of the centre
Manage rosters, compliance and centre administration
Build positive relationships with children, families and the local community
Support occupancy growth and family engagement
Ensure high standards of education and care are maintained
Drive a positive team culture and support staff development
About you
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor
ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Child Protection training




Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting teams to succeed
