Roth Architecture is looking for a Studio Administrator with an interest in Design and Architecture to join our boutique Architecture firm based in Sydney.
We craft spaces in Architecture, Landscape and Interiors.
As the Studio Administrator of Roth Architecture you will play a key role in the daily operations of our team, providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office management.
Some of your resposibilities will include:
Bookkeeping: Looking after and developing all invoicing and forecasting
Marketing: Managing our instagram, website and brainstorming engagement strategies
Email management: Keeping on top of all new and existing emails
Phone calls: Must be able to confidently answer the phone and provide an intelligent response
Multi-tasking and managing various administrative tasks with competing priorities
General administrative duties: data entry, scanning,



filing and organisation
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated knowledge of general administration and clerical duties
Previous admin experience
An interest in Architecture and Design
High reliability and excellent personal and work ethics
Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
Great attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced setting
High level of organisational and time management skills and a strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks
