Bayside Health in Frankston is seeking a permanent full time Team Leader for the Adult Community Mental Health Team.
The role provides strong clinical leadership, supports service delivery for consumers, families and carers, and maintains a clinical caseload to stay connected to clinical practice.
You will work with the Team Manager and Consultant Psychiatrist to guide staff, support governance and workforce development, and contribute to service planning and performance targets.
