About the role:
You will work closely with experienced litigators across a broad range of disputes, including:
Complex corporate insolvency and restructuring disputes.
Corporations law disputes, including shareholder and director‐related matters.
Banking and finance litigation and disputes involving financial institutions.
Drafting legal advices, pleadings, affidavits, submissions and court documents.
Preparing evidence, discovery and briefs to counsel.
Attending client meetings, mediations, conferences with counsel and court proceedings.
The ideal candidate:
Have approximately 2-6 PQE, ideally gained within a reputable commercial law firm.
Previous experience in commercial litigation, insolvency or banking and finance disputes.
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable managing competing deadlines.
A genuine interest in developing your expertise in complex commercial disputes and corporate insolvency.
