Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment in Sydney, NSW is seeking a dedicated coordinator to support NDIS participants.
You will coordinate protected, person-centred supports, build relationships with families, assist participants with understanding and using their NDIS plans, and connect with funded, mainstream, and community supports.
You will monitor services across providers, review plans and budgets, document outcomes, and escalate risks as needed to ensure continuity of care.
