The business has developed an creative connected technology platform helping workplaces and commercial spacesreduce single-use plasticwhile improving the drinks experience.
Following a$10m growth raiseand with50+ enterprise customers, including Google, Meta, Atlassian, Uber and Netflix, the company is entering its next stage of growth.
The opportunity
This is a genuinebuild-from-the-ground-up marketing role.
You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to define the go-to-market strategy, build the marketing function and develop a globally recognised sustainable technology brand.
Initially, the role will be bothstrategic and hands-on, with the opportunity to build the team as the company scales.
What you'll own
Build the overallmarketing strategy and function
Develop B2Bgo-to-market and demand generation
Define ICPs, positioning and customer journeys
Build brand, content, digital and product marketing
LeadPR, events, partnerships and campaigns
Improve CRM, automation, analytics and reporting




Supportproduct launches and international expansion
Own marketing budget and performance
Build and lead the future marketing team
What we're looking for
StrongB2B marketing and demand generationexperience
Experience building or scaling a marketing function
Startup or high-growth experience
Comfortable moving betweenstrategy and hands-on execution
Strong commercial, creative and analytical judgement
Experience working withfounders and senior sales teams
Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in an evolving environment
Experience acrosstechnology, SaaS, workplace tech, hospitality, F&B;, wellness or sustainabilityis highly regarded.
