We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and capable Personal Assistant to the
Director to join our business.
This is an all-rounder role suited to someone who is confident managing a busy schedule,
communicating with clients and staff, coordinating daily operations, and taking ownership of
tasks from start to finish.
Experience or knowledge within the mechanical, air conditioning and/or building
industry would be highly regarded.
About the role
Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative, operational and personal tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
The role is not limited to the tasks above and will involve a broad range of responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
Manage the Director's emails, correspondence and daily communications
Screen and manage incoming calls and enquiries
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings and invitations
Coordinate and organise meetings and other commitments
Follow up outstanding matters and ensure tasks are completed
Attend to requests from the Director and staff as required
Manage both business and personal tasks for the Director as directed
Provide regular and consistent updates to the Director on daily activities, priorities and outstanding matters
Assist with general administration and operational requirements across the business
Identify issues and opportunities and take initiative to resolve matters where appropriate
About you
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, reliable and willing to take ownership
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Confident dealing with clients, staff and external stakeholders
Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information
Flexible and willing to assist wherever required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong with time management and attention to detail
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role is preferred
Strong computer and administration skills
